Biggest Plane Ever. I really really want to ride on the top level of a 747. Guys this plane has STAIRS!! so awesome. Someday before I die I will ride on the top of a 747 and it will be epic.
I sat in the middle between a dork and a med student :) the guy is really socially awkward...it kept things interesting. He got a beer (you can do that in coach for free apparently on Air New Zealand) Then he proceeded to ask why I didn’t get one...I said I’m not old enough...he was surprised then he said I could because it’s New Zealand...I then reminded him that we weren’t there yet (we had left LA mere minutes before)...and I like Coke better. I feel like I might be having this conversation a few times over the next few months. On my other side was a med student, she has applied to be a family practice doctor. She’s Canadian. She was really nice.
I watched the 3 hour long BBC version of Emma. That is such a good movie! I then tried to sleep for the remaining 10 hours. I don’t think my secret power or spiritual gift is plane sleeping. Bummer. The food was pretty good...dinner and breakfast. I only got up once. That is a lot of sitting.
